Car 1. OGIER/INGRASSIA
“We will try for sure. It will be difficult to get a lot of points. But any points we get (Power Stage) are good.”
Car 8. TÄNAK/JARVEOJA
“Let’s see. A few points would be nice.”
Car 11. NEUVILLE/GILSOUL
“I tried some different settings in there to see if we can get more grip on the rear on the Power Stage. Now we have to push to the maximum to try and get those points.”
Car 5. MEEKE/MARSHALL
Lost 17 seconds in the stage with a spin and he had to go back down the stage to turn around. He lost his second place to Neuville at the same place as Lappi’s issue in the morning. “It was a hairpin and it hooked up. I thought it was round it and the nose clipped the bank. I got caught in my dust and could not get a gear.”
Car 33. EVANS/MARTIN
“We started the morning okay. Now we are crawling through to save everything for a bit of a go in the Power Stage.”
Car 19. LOEB/ELENA
“The stages are nice, not really easy. Fast and narrow. The car is good, so I enjoy it.”
Car 10. LATVALA/ANTTILA
Up to ninth in the overall standings and nine seconds faster than his morning run. “It’s not too bad. Small ruts and not rough. I think a little bit of gravel had gone back into the ruts. But it was a lot better than this morning.”
Car 3. SUNINEN/SALMINEN
“Much better now. There was no dust and I felt safe to drive through the stage.”
Car 6. SORDO/DEL BARRIO
“I went a bit slow to save the tyres a bit for the last stage. Of course when you go flat out it is more enjoyable.”
Car 44. GREENSMITH/EDMONDSON
“I think I have been learning the most today. Cleaning the road, seeing things in the pace notes you don’t think can be. Today has been a good learning curve.”
