Citroen introduce the team for 2013

Citroen confirmed this morning in Abu Dhabi that their three principal drivers Sebastien Loeb, Mikko Hirvonen and Dani Sordo, with Khalid Al Qassimi in a supporting role, will feature in a complicated mixture of WRC programmes in 2013.  The team Abu Dhabi will be the lead partner in Citroen’s WRC 2013 programme. 

Sebastien Loeb expects to enter four events (Monte Carlo, Sweden, Argentina and France), Hirvonen the full season and Sordo “at least” 11.  Khalid, whose priority is his Middle East programme in a DS3 RRC car, is expected to contest eight rounds of the WRC.  Sordo is to be the second nominated WRC driver on the events which Loeb will miss.
