“It was a good stage. It’s not easy, but I managed to find a good rhythm. I think on the next loop we can push on a bit more. The feeling is very good. Some corners had mistakes from pushing too hard, and you get quite sideways and close to the trees. But it was good overall.”

“It was very good. The stages are very clean, very long, but all okay. I know the stage, it’s not the first time for me. We need to be careful with the brakes and the tyres because it’s 37km. The brakes will be hot!”
