“Not too bad. I struggled a bit more in that stage. We took a small compromise on the balance of the car and hopefully, we now have good tyres for the next one. We’ll probably mix it around.”
Car 5, Neuville/Gilsoul
“I have the soft tyre on the rear and it was moving quite a lot. There is still a little cleaning but not too bad. I think full soft is not the best –it would be good with some hard on the car.”
Car 7, Meeke/Nagle
“I took it easy as I had a slow puncture at the end of the last stage and I really needed to manage my tyres for the next one – it's cruel on the tyres.”
Car 8, Breen/Martin
“I had to put the two hards on– it took a long time for them to come in. Not very good. The plan was to keep them for the last one but we seem to be struggling with tyre wear.”
Car 9, Lefebvre/Moreau
“I don't know what happened. I touched nothing and drove clean. I lost my splitter on the first one and this one, I tried to drive clean. I have one puncture, at the middle of the stage.”
Car 10, Latvala/Anttila
“It was OK. I had a bit more understeer than this morning so fighting in the tight corners. Sometimes I am trying to be careful with the tyres and not overload them.”
Car 11, Hanninen/Lindstrom
“I don't know where I got the damage on the wing. At some point it just came out. It's quite rough so it could be anywhere.”
Car 12, Lappi/Ferm
“It was really bad. I got a hole in the intercooler on the previous one and I tried to fill it but not possible. So I had no power.”
Car 14, Ostberg/Floene
“We got through this stage. I lost a bit of power in myself [after previous stage]. It's not fun to drive on these stages if you are not competing. I love to compete and don't like to be where I am now.”
