While in Exponor, the 2016 Vodafone Rally de Portugal HQ, teams finish setting up their service areas, Tuesday represents the start of the action with drivers doing the first day of reconnaissance.
They will be facing five stages:
SS 2/5: Ponte de Lima (27,44 km), 07h30/10h00
SS 3/6: Caminha (18,03 km), 09h30/12h30
SS 4/7: Viana do Castelo (18,70 km), 11h00/14h00
SS 17/19: Fafe (11,19 km), 13h30/16h30
SS 16/18: Vieira do Minho (22,47 km), 14h30/18h30
Each driver is allowed a maximum of two passages in each of the tests, alaways with a speed limit of 90 km/h.
