Eighth stage win of the weekend for leader Rovanperä

Felgueiras 2 completed the loop of three gravel stages before the day’s finale at Lousada.

Esapekka Lappi managed to beat Thierry Neuville and trim the Belgian’s hold on third to just 2.2 seconds. Dani Sordo was a cautious fifth to maintain second place but it was back to business as usual for Kalle Rovanperä, who claimed his fifth stage win of the day and his eighth of the weekend to lead by 59.4 seconds.

Oliver Solberg increased his WRC2 advantage over Gus Greensmith to 34.8 seconds.
