“Obviously some parts of the forest are getting pretty tough. I had quite a good feeling with the car. There were a few sections where we were cleaning.”

“I didn’t run wide that I know of, must have picked up a rock. It was not easy out there. We’re still in the ballpark (for a win). There’s a lot of moisture out there.”
Car 4, Paddon/Marshall
“I was driving nice and clean and tidy, In the wider parts I pushed. There’s not a lot of grip. In some parts it’s really sandy and there’s a lot of cleaning.”
Car 5, Neuville/Gilsoul
“I don’t know what happened. I had a feeling it was a difficult stage. I tried to keep it safe. If I lose time at the end I don’t know why. I tried to maybe keep too much of a clean line.”

“I tried to do my best without mistakes. Some places in the stage had a little bit of humidity, some had a bit more grip. In a lot of places it was rough.”

“Yeah, happy. Good start, nice rhythm. Car seems to be working well. That’s the most important thing, just to enjoy it. Happy cars mean happy drivers!”

“It was thought and slippery. I think the benefit I had was at the beginning, but at the end it got worse and worse. I was expecting to lose more time, I thought I had an advantage.”

“For sure it was starting to dig a lot in there. Some deep ruts and a lot of rocks in the road. I had to slow down to avoid big, big rocks in the stage.”
